Data Encryption
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption. Your information is never transmitted in plain text.
Secure Infrastructure
Our platform runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase) with automatic security patching, DDoS protection, and isolated environments.
Access Controls
Strict role-based access controls (RBAC) ensure that only authorised team members can access sensitive systems. All admin actions are logged in an audit trail.
Authentication
We use Clerk for authentication, which provides multi-factor authentication (MFA), brute-force protection, and secure session management out of the box.
Regular Backups
Database backups are taken automatically and stored securely. We maintain point-in-time recovery capabilities to minimise any risk of data loss.
Incident Response
We have a documented incident response plan. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by law.

We appreciate security researchers who help us keep our platform safe. If you've discovered a potential security issue, please report it responsibly by emailing us directly. We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and work with you to address the issue promptly.
